For returning clients, payment can be arranged weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, as long as your tasks meet your expectations. New clients can enjoy their first 5 images free for quality and turnaround checks. For subsequent orders, payment is required in advance.

If we don’t return your images on time, we’ll complete your job at a discounted rate or, in some cases, free of charge. If you’re not satisfied with any job, send the images back, and we’ll reprocess them until you’re happy. Should we still not meet your expectations, our customer support team will arrange a complete refund.
