3. Refund Policy: If your images are not returned within the agreed timeframe, we offer discounted rates or, in some cases, free service. We will reprocess any unsatisfactory work until you are fully satisfied, or offer a complete refund if expectations are not met.
4. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions for image editing. Any delays due to unclear requirements may affect delivery times.
5. Confidentiality: All images and data provided by clients will remain confidential and used solely for the purpose of editing.
